Bug Description:
Isle of Siptah: I have picked up at least 100 “boss” figurines and NONE of them are in my inventory and none are showing up when attempting to use at the container. I do receive the message that they were picked up.
Bug Reproduction:
Server has reset 4 times over the last 3 days and figurines have respawned in many locations.
I noticed today the same issue. I try to pick up Figurines, they disappear from the world, I get the success message, but they don’t exist in my inventory. I then tried to admin spawn them in, and that shows a failure error message “Failed Spawning 1 x Game Item”.
I tried with no mods installed.
Having this same issue on Official Server #6101.
yep having the same issue on my Siptah server. I can pick them up but as soon as I do they dissapear and they are not in my inventory.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for reporting the situation regarding the figurines.
In order for our team to properly assess the issue, could you send us screenshots/videos of the problem and the names of the placeables please?
Also, are you playing in an Official Server or in a Private Server? In case of the latter, are you perhaps using mods?

I tested on a Private Server with mods, and in a fresh Singleplayer map with no mods. Same result in both, so mods aren’t the issue. It effects all the Figurines on Isle of Siptah used to summon bosses, such as the “Tcho Tcho Figurine”. I found in my server log on boot up these messages, which list the item IDs for those figurines (1590-1606), as well as some other stuff which I haven’t checked to see if they are working or not.

@HighSaint Its really hard to screenshot something that isnt there. So once again for the avoidance of doubt… we pick up figurines, the ones you find all over the map to summon bosses at pools of the grey ones, the figurine dissapears from its spawn location but isnt added to the inventory. This is true for every single figurine I have tried to pick up since 3.0 launched.
Please check the amount of ThunnHa Friendship token you get from opening one ThunnHa token drop of the ThunnHa at the Grey Spawn Pools. 8 ThunnHa Pets per Token, a statue spawns 5 ThunnHa enemies with each drop a token = 40 very easy to get pets. We will get flooded with ThunnHa´s when you fix the statues without nerfing the drop rate. (i summoned pre 3.0 statues, they work. no new ones)
hi, same issues here! server offycial, when we pick up the figurines. the figurine dissapears from its spawn location but isnt added to the inventory. this penalize new players beacuse are unable to find all the recipe quickly. i hope funcom will fix soon
They are the small figurines that you use to spawn bosses on the grey pools, the bosses give many recipes from the game, so without those figurines you have no way to adquire those recipes on The Isle of Siptah.
Seeing the error that it gives, seems that someone changed the code from the figurines and now they are outside the Siptah DLC, so when you try to pick them up, as you don’t have the figurines DLC they disappear and not appear on your inventory as they should to allow you place them on the pools.
This problem is about game content configuration and happens even in Private and Official servers from The Isle of Siptah. You can’t even spawn them on the inventory using the game admin panel.
This is a major problem that affects so hard the playability of the game on The Isle of Siptah’s map, so needs to be fixed urgently.
Happening on the official PC pve-c server I play on too, to myself and other players. Tried picking up multiple variants of the statues over the past few days, in multiple areas and they have all vanished in the player inventory after interacting with them. I still have one in a chest I picked up prior to patch 3.0 that is still in there.
The problem is that the figurines are placed in a mod that no-one have, so when you don’t own a mod all the content of that mod disappears when you try to pick it from the world or by admin panel. They need to fix it and place them back on the Siptah DLC.
I already reported it. Playing official #6307 PvE LATAM.
I have tried to get more than 12, all dissapeared when grabbed.
The info about it being in another DLC is the most logical one. Please fix this: in shiptah there are no recipes for a lot of simple things, like glowing torches. You don’t let us trasnfer to get the recipes. Our only source of recipes outside the maelstrom is the pool and the schematic fragments it spawns.
I can also confirm that even tough i own siptah DLC i can’t spawn the figurines in ADMIN mode, as if they are now part of another DLC that nobody has.
With the latest patch, I can now confirm the figurines work when spawned in via the admin panel. None have appeared yet in their normal spawn points on my server yet, so I can’t 100% confirm that is working too, but I suspect it is fine now.
Edit: Went out again and found some on the ground I could indeed pick up.

No NOT true, Shaggai figurines still dont show in the inventory, all other seem to be fine
Oh, that is funny. They couldn’t even fix the issue for all figurines? I wonder which others might still be broken.
I can spawn all the figurines in on Exiled Lands EXCEPT Shaggai Figurine item #1590, for that one I get “Failed Spawning 1 x Game Item”, so something is definitely amiss.
I don’t know if this helps but I thought I would let you know.
