Summon a Surge on the Isle of Siptah, loot any Legendary weapon get 0 or 1 damage. This bug apeared on online servers and offline in Single Player. I’m not sure that exactly this is a precondition for the bug, but before I also put stuffs into a braziers near the leyshrine.
