Items disappearing from benches and boxes

This seems to happen on the server restart. I know it has been reported and moaned about a lot already. Has there been any response from the developer about whether they plan to fix this?
It’s game breaking.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Store things in benches/chests
2.Come back online after server restart
3.Find some benches/chests are randomly now empty
4.Stop playing the broken game

Could you check your event log and see if there is anything else going on that could explain these disappearances?
