Japanese server invalid. ( Asian player)

Japanese server has remain invalid since the update 3.0.
Any idea when will the update flow to all Japanese server? Is there any updates on the progress? I live in Malaysia and Japanese server having the most idea ping. Read alot of asian player is asking about this but didn’t know where can we get this information.

Server type: official PVE-C
Server : PVEC 4233
