Did you get it in chapter one without paying for it? I had it, but it seems we needed to pay for it -_- …
Considering they were selling them in the bazaar it was probably never intended to be usable by non purchased players

I cannot remember exactly how I got it. I think it was listed as free from the bazaar, and it was on the First Battle Pass, which I completed.
I can only assume this is a bug, as I think I have heard icons got mixed up (viking horn?).
In any event, i had it, legitimately I believed, and it worked, and now it has disappeared.
Some of my Thralls are still sitting as a kneel, and I don’t want to disturb them, as I cannot make them kneel again.

It was never free in the bazaar. It was due to a bug that everyone had it already. This was patched in chapter two. So, no, you never had it legitimately. All thralls using the emote will remain that way unless you change it.
Make’s me wonder how many thralls are now forever cursed to remain sitting where they are, never to be released because their master does not wish to lose that pose, yet steadfastly refuses to purchase the emote when it’s available.
Just imagine the leg cramps!
