Knght Kneel not showings after purchase

First time posting i got the knight kneel on the bazaar and its not showing on my emote wheel how do i fix it or get a refund

Is it maybe a weapon emote? If so you will need to brandish an appropriate weapon and it’ll show up as the only option on your emote wheel.

Thank you so much. I appreciate the help… it didn’t work for my shortsword but tried another and found it
