I have been playing this game since release. I have purchased all DLCs since its release. Im constantly reviewing terms and conditions. This is the second time i have been banned and wiped in recent time for building a building that meets all terms and conditions. There has been an abundance of banning clans with what seems as lack of investigation. In the pvp community that i am involved with it has become a running joke that if you cant beat them ban them than wipe whats left. Blatant abuse should have ramifications but only that. I am all for a magical clan building cap but if one gets introduced than they need to be publicly listed under terms of conditions. The problem i have seen now is now that all building pieces are getting larger than area requiring them gets larger.
