Level 60. 59 Attribute points. I Don't want to reset my character! help!

Bug Description:

Only having 59 attribute points at level 60

Bug Reproduction:

Level 60 I got all my points and after I used bestial memory I only have 59. I tried taking another but nothing is fixing it
