I’ve started playing around with the emblems and it looks like some emblems and backgrounds are locked to me. I can’t find any information on them so I thought I’d ask the community.

I never recalled seeing any of them in the bazaar and I fear they could’ve been twitch drops that i might of missed. Any insight on these would be much appreciated especially on the lotus looking one. Thanks
