Locking/Unlocking Elevators

Region: SE USA

Since the latest update, Elevators seem to be locked to the use of the Clan only.
This prevents other players from using said elevators in public areas.
There is no unlock option.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Use Elevator.
  2. Game responds: “You do not own.”

Known issue, they are working on it (though it being the weekend, probably won’t see anything until at least next work week at the soonest).
