Lu Fei Quest not working, cannot get thrall

Ive submitted tickets with no response since the update that Lu Fei questline will not advance for me. I am at the point of the ritual where i put in black lotus or bonemeal and neither will turn green and there is no option to do the ritual as a result. Im now stuck with a stupid ghost harrassing me and i cannot advance the dumb quest to get the bugged Lu Fei? Does anyone read tickets anymore?

I don’t know if this will help or not, but my last one bugged, then worked again after I harvested the lotus a second time.

Thanks. I’ve harvested lotus three times now and no luck yet, pulled from chest and tried with no luck, tried the gruel originally when he gave it to me and no luck, then had friend put it in for me and still wont work. I’m not sure what else to do and still no response to my multiple tickets.

Still no response to my actual ticket and it still doesnt work and the 15 min load times are demolishing the game in general, so sad as I loved the game.

Sorry to hear it’s messed up on you. I had one of these going during the werewolf attack event when it bugged out. Had the “report recieved” stuff and heard back from some official dude but all they ever say is reset your console, check your router, delete your memory. Usual nonsense. They don’t want to fix things and they probably can’t anyway. Maybe eat the lotus and the thing lu fei gives you, maybe he’ll give you a new one after the 8 hour cooldown. Maybe there’s some setting for allowing building or crafting in other peoples stuff that’s been switched. I’ve no idea really how to sort your problem just wanted to give support to another fustrated player coz crom knows funcom won’t :smiley:

Thanks man. Ill try again tonight to see if it mysteriously fixed itself as still no response on that ticket so i guess they shut down their support team. The only update item working properly is the bazaar. Lol

Well at least i can watch everyone else run around with 3000 health and their nearly invulnerable Lu Fei.
