Mannequin does not display properly

Bug Description:

The mannequin displays as floating hands and a head after you remove armor. I only got this to go away after picking it up and re-placing it. However, another player saw it and only saw the hands and feet.

Bug Reproduction:

Place the mannequin.

I second this, with mods or without. The same issue has been reported to happen to many users on many official and private servers.
