Microsoft Store/Game Pass Regional/Nudity DLC not registering

I got the game using the game pass and after installing the regional DLC was installed too, however when I look in the settings either the max nudity option is “partial” which doesn’t change anything, or the option is absent entirely like in the main menu. I’ve tried changing the server setting too but the same happens and there’s no effect
