Mining is now slower

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Try to mine with pick/pickaxe
2.See your character taking an extra break between each hit
3.Get frustrated, because it is slow enough as it is.
4.Wonder if this was inteded or not. And if it is, why…because it seems staggering

Yes 100%, I noticed this immediately after the first tree I took down, everything felt much slower.

Your character does this little pause/hiccup, between the ending and beginning of the swing animation.

It feels unintended – well, I hope so. It makes gathering take longer.
