Some servers are not populating, are they down for maintenance? Official PVP servers. 1594
1655 seems to be down too.
We do have indeed some issues with a few of the official servers (including the ones you mentioned). We are working with Gportal to look into the hiccups. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Are they still down, its still not populating?
Try to enter the server# manually if it doesn’t show up in the list. If it still didn’t work please let us know.
