Hey there, I forgot to ever actually post this on here 
But I did make my server available to players a while ago. So if anyone feels like it, they’re welcome to try.
Here’s the rundown:
It’s called Mooserver 
(you can find it in the server browser, my modding discord has some generic rules listed, but tldr: be nice.)
- PvE EU (hosted in UK, all of EU and most of US should have good ping thou)
- mainly vanilla gameplay - No lightning shooting out of your hands or a million character levels and insane damage values on weapons etc. (possibly some vanilla-friendly content mods later on like Emberlight for farming or some build sets etc. when they become available)
- slightly slower leveling - Player Xp rate at 0.5x as the vanilla leveling is way too fast to be enjoyable.
- Filtered loot - Some of the higher tier items have their drop chances reduced and things like paddings etc. don’t drop as loot. Together with the above slower leveling, this gives you more of a “pre-AoW” leveling experience where the early game is meaningful and your game doesn’t get instantly spoiled by loot.
- Al-Merayah Siege fort is back in action on the server.
- My UI and QoL mods These are all lightweight mods that improve the vanilla gameplay (minimap, damage meter, twin-bar, etc… )
- Dynamic content As a form of dynamic content we have my purge mod, which adds a similar system to the old purge (so be mindful where you build as the further north you go the harder purges can hit your base just like in the good old days), as well as Multigun’s PVE-Ambush mod that can spawn random enemies on you as you explore the world.
- no decay, but there are some common-sense building rules.. TLDR don’t build all over the place for no reason and don’t block content
- NO “welcome center”… the imps and crocodiles will welcome you.. and farm your own gear!
- The server is running on dedicated hardware.
It’s perfect for solo players wanting to play undisturbed PvE on a server with some QoL mods or a couple of friends who like leveling together and want to experience the game as a form of “co-op replacement” without tethering etc.
