More striking eye/skin colors that are harder to obtain

Now that we’re getting more Orb of Nergal additions, I think it opens the door to some more striking or vibrant options.

Maybe glowing red/green/blue eyes as a top tier religion feat.
Edit: If glowing eyes are added, they should probably be something similar to warpaint where the effect only lasts until you die. Otherwise that would be the only thing people have.

Maybe highly saturated red hair feat in the volcano.

Maybe pale white skin as a drop from the wine cellar boss.

Etc.

Some additional shades of blond would be nice. Alternatively, I also wouldnt mind some piercings and tattoos. I know we have warpaints, but I get sick of reapplying them. Decorative warpaints should not wear off.
