My server disappeared

A couple of weeks ago, I rented a server for my PS4, called Wraith Squadron. On Monday, I got booted off while playing with a friend. I have not been able to find it. Because I set the server for Dallas, is this because of the weather issues in Texas?

Talk to server rental service center being who ever you went through as funcom nor any other company can help you but them as it’s their servers not funcom
