My server is not showing on the Game server list, why?

**Game mode:**Online private (Pingperfect host)
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: South America

My server is new (i started today) and it isnt listed on the game server list, nobody can find my server, only if someone put the IP directly, its very bad because my server is always empty…

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I hired a private server (company: PingPerfect)
  2. I made a ticket for my host companny and they don’t know how to help me in this case
    3.My server is online and working properly but its not showing on the list
    4.My setup is equal than the official server
