I’ve played a good bit offline/solo but now I have no idea what servers on xbox are active or best to join. Any input is appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum. I am sure others would disagree but unless you have friends to come with you would avoid pvp and play pve-c until you have learned the game throughly. You can still fight others but don’t have to be concerned about base wipe. @Rmdunn

Id refrain from going directly into pvp, Id find a pvp tribe in pve-c to learn how to properly farm and fight , etc.
Having knowledge in pvp is half the battle!
