I do not have the behavior option in the interaction wheel for both mounts and thralls. I have googled to find a solution with no luck, I am playing a single-player to learn the ropes. I have no mods installed. Without it the game is almost impossible to play. Does anyone know how to get it working thanks.
With the latest patch, the follower settings have been shifted into their inventory screen - you’ll find them near the bottom of the central column.
