Yes, easy to fix but they seem to have shutdown their service team given the lack of action or response. Maybe they did it on purpose to hide the dwindling server counts. Siptah is all but dead, I’m sometimes the only 1 on official servers. Sad.

This has killed the game on Xbox. I took a 2 month break when the new age was released and just come back to see that nothing has changed and 0 communication from FC leads me to think they have abandoned this game without telling the community.
I was told that, even though the player count shows as a ?, sorting by player count still works. If this is correct then the game is truely deader than a dodo as i am yet to find a community server with another player in.
Yeah I don’t think it works, I see servers that have been dead for years on the highest sort for players while other servers I know have a few players don’t even show. Funcom has truly checked out and left everybody hanging. Even with people paying money for their stupid season pass. I have a ticket open now for over two months, no reply

The devs are a joke. How not one person can reply to the active community is ridiculous. Have some empathy ffs
I’ve also had a ticket open with funcom for this issue for 2 months and still open. No word no reply except the auto reply email. Pathetic and all the while they took your money for battle pass and extra content just to break the game overnight and not even communicate why or future fix. Never again funcom

we have had 1 hotfix since AoH release… Not even half the stuff has been fixed. But this one is most annoying by far. if you want console to fail and/or going to drop console just say so. so we can move on to games where they care for their game.
