play online → select 1500 → join → Could not join server your ping is too high (9999)
I can join other official servers fine.
I can confirm that I cannot connect to that server.
Same for me as well. Since server reset this morning.

Is this recurrente? Just joined Yesterday to the game.
It’s back up since 4 hours ago roughly.
This server was very popular and had many elaborate buildings/structures along with many pets, thralls, and other placeables. The server most likely went down after many players reported a problem with it. There may have been some analysis or even maintenance during the down period. It very well may have been down the entire time with no attention to it. We don’t get enough communication from the people that run this game. Communication is a problem.
