The Official server #1998 PvP is getting 5 to 23 hours of downtime DAILY since march. Its ridiculous that an Official server get this rates of downtime. Last 30 days it has been 30% downtime. Its an every day issue. Yesterday 17 hours, today more tan 7 hours and ongoing.
