Please check on American official server #2880. Whenever it goes down (usually around 10-11 PM) it takes a long time to show up. Just started good characters there with a friend and it’s very frustrating. It also crashed right when we were about to beat a skeleton boss, but we’ll just take that loss I guess. We just want to be able to play with reasonable refresh times. We are on Xbox so maybe that has something to do with it but please help
