Is it possible to get this recipe in the exiled lands?
If not will it be something added later down the line?
One could argue about a lot of the missing items from both maps. There’s quite a few unique placeables on siptah, not even counting faction specific banners, such as the pirate flags, Nordheimer shelves, Stygian palisades, etc.
