I own a worker thrall that doesn’t show anymore, but is in the follower list (returning home).
When I click “rescue thrall” it takes around 30 seconds then the server crashes and is not reachable for hours. It is a vanilla private server with max 20 players and happens even if I am the only player online. This is repeatable. My client doesn’t crash, I just get kicked from the server.
The server still shows in the serverbrowser for a while, if I try to connect there is a msg saying “could not connect to server”.

Thanks I noticed after I wrote it. I saw the discussion abt this topic too.
But tbh after being their customer for such a long time I think it’s more important that potential buyers and other players wondering why their servers are down can see,
what kind of bugs are happening atm.
I don’t trust their exploit argument, is just a facade that the marketing came up with to have a nice and shiny bug report section in the forum.
I would suggest taking this report down from here, and only send it directly to helpshift, if people can somehow control when a server should crash, it wont be long before XXXX pvp server suddently goes down while someone is getting raided, this happens more than people think, and should only be reported directly 
Just shows how different the pve and parts of the pvp communities are.
Everyone on a pve server clearly whould want to know about this to prevent it from happening
until one day it maybe gets fixed.
That is not entirely true! i have been on a PVE server where one guy deliberately crashed the server to reset spawns, so this is not just a pvp server mentality.
Sure happened maybe.
Meanwhile lots of servers crashing ppl don’t know why.
Know they have 1 possible reason.
Well I just came here cause same thing just happened on 1501.
Yeah these things spread like wildfires if public, its why i suggested him to remove it from forums.
