Riversend ground is "breathing"

Bug Description:

The ground in several places around Riversend (top center of C-9) moves up and down as you move. Looks like it’s breathing (kinda funny). I’ve seen areas do this before, but it seems like there’s more areas here doing it than any I’ve seen before. It’s mainly along the water’s edge.

I moved my base (I had built at Riversend), and the ground didn’t seem to do it that I could find once all the building was destroyed.

I did make a backup of it actually. How do I send it? Also I built over a lot of the “breathing” ground, so not sure how easy it will be to see.
