I was snooping around the stores and saw some agent dossiers available in the achievement rewards store, a blue and purple Lydia Darling and a blue Roman Konstantinov. I bought the purple special agent Lydia and a blue agent Roman, not realizing that I already had the agent Roman. I couldn’t use the Roman or delete (or trade) it, so it’s stuck in my inventory. I could use the Lydia, since I only had the blue agent version already (now her picture is sparkly but no other change afict?) Anyway, yeah… tfyt.
Sparkly is the only difference between regular agents and shiny agents.
To remove the extra item, just /petition in-game and ask a GM to help you.
