Bug Description:

Female sacrifices reanimate after being killed.

Bug Reproduction:

Drag a female thrall to the sacrificial stone. Activate the option to collect her blood. Finish the ritual. Wait a few seconds and watch her come back to life and start struggling against her bonds. Body will disappear as normal if you proceed to bottle the blood.

Here it is. Also notice how the ritual no longer centers the player, resulting in a weird misalignment when the throat is slashed. At 1:26 the body reanimates after she was supposed to have died and the neck slash disappears. At 1:43 the neck would magically reappears with an explosion of blood and the woman finally dies.

Yeah, I don’t think that’s supposed to happen that way.
