Sealed Waterskin not hydrating

Sealed Waterskins only cooling down, not hydrating.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Obtain 5 hide and 5 twine
  2. Craft a Sealed Waterskin and place on action bar
  3. Enter body of water and fill skin by pressing corresponding action bar hotkey
  4. Exit body of water and reduce hydration by any means
  5. Press corresponding action bar hotkey to “drink” from waterskin
  6. -> Character cools down but does not hydrate.

On singleplayer or official/private servers as well? Thanks for the reports, all.

Somewhat related question!

So - is DLC such as the new imperial pack, tested ‘free’ on the test live servers, or does it not get tested before release? Just curious!
