Sometimes when you try to block an attack and raise your shield your character is in block animation but does not block.
stamina does not regenerate but others players does not see you blocking and can hit you.
(NPC can also hit you)
To fix it you just need to release the “block”-hotkey and / or hit the key 1-2 times shortly.
