Bug Description:

Journal in the ocean near the north east isle. The “Press E to interact” pops up once, nothing happens when interacted with, then after, the message no longer appears. It has been this way for me since Siptah early access. Can anyone else get it to work? I’ve been curious about it since early access.
This bug appears both on an online server and in single-player.
Coords: X: 273,683.219 Y: -130,262.438 Z: -22,370.162

Mostly building and clothing mods.

  2. Interact with journal, one time only
