Stay in loading screen connecting to 1977

Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After touching to join the server, the bar loads very slowly and is frozen at approximately 80%, the background music continues without problems.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Open the game
  2. Select for PvE-Conflict Server
  3. Press to join

Try reinstalling the game, clearing the pc cache, restarting it and the same. Until a few hours ago I was playing without problems. Do not download or install anything new.
I also tried leaving that loading screen for 2 hours, but it doesn’t even move.

Normally I play in Exiled Lands 1977 and that’s where it happens to me, I tried Isle of Syptah 6306 and it fit perfectly.

If joining other servers works but it doesn’t for this one, then it’s a server problem. Those are reported by creating a Zendesk ticket with the request type set to “Official Server Performance”.
