Support ? what support ? still no answer after 5 months. (five.)

account is blocked because the payment won’t work. and it is an issue at Funcoms side, my other 2 accounts are payed without problems.
similar to my previous problem where I was charged twice, the “support” was so embarressed that the solution took so long, that they gave me a couple of months for free. but after that time, I can’t extend my supscription…
