Bug Description

I have an issue where Conan Exiles makes me have to reboot my router (sometimes several times a day, depending on how long I play) in order to be able to play. If I don’t reboot my router, I can’t access anything else outside of Conan Exiles, unless I’ve been in a Discord call with my friends. I can’t find anything else about this issue while Googling, other than the fact that I’m not the only one with the issue. Is there a solution to this issue??? I’ve been dealing with it for months and it’s honestly unbearable at this point.

I would blame the mods I’m using but given that I’m the only one in any of the servers (that I know of) with this issue, I highly doubt it has anything to do with them.

Bug Reproduction

Play for x amount of time and boom.

I apologize for having to post this here, but opening tickets on the zendesk portion never gets me any answers. Mods constantly close my problem and mark it as solved, even when it isn’t.

Hello there @StormySorcerer and welcome to the forums!

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.

Regarding the situation at hand, when you mentioned that you cannot access anything outside Conan Exiles what happens? Do programs crash? Do they fail to connect to the internet?

I would advise disabling all mods and test if the same situation happens, if it doesn’t, then, enabling one mod at a time to determine which one is causing it, if it still does happen, please get back to me so I can continue to investigate.

They fail to connect to the internet. I spoke with a few more friends that I play closely with and he has the same issue - says it’s the router. I’m getting a new one today, and I’ll be sure to update you on whether or not the issue persists. Thank you so much for a response.
