Outrageous imagination is the only way to make most of the spells even pretend to be useful.
The Tower of the bat is a single location that one will visit once in the game.
One could also use it as a novelty to cross the broken bridge.
Still a waste of time and resources.
As for Authority, this one was running a two followers build the last time they bothered with the Airbus.

However, as you have noted you run a full corruption built, that contextualizes the matter.
This one does agree that sorcery is a way to make up for the trade offs one makes when corrupting a stat. It’s the only time most of the spells are relevant.
However, as a prolific practitioner of powers perilous and perfidious, shouldn’t you be bringing more subdued humans back to your blood bank and soul food processing station to fuel your fell philandering? Murder is such a waste of perfectly good resources.
Depends on the user. For many of us, its quite strong. For pretenders, its weak.

The thing is that CE has for years been built up as a combat game. Sorcery makes use of a strictly strategic mindset with very minimal true combat. The spells were devasting originally but never in a direct combat way. As ner…sorry “corrections” happened, it got less and less and is mostly just logistics.

So you corrupt your stats and are at max 50% all the time?
As I said, lack of imagination. The ice bridge will work anywhere you could use a short bridge or a ramp. It doesn’t have to be anywhere specific. Are you one of those people who only uses duct tape on ducts? 
And really, “waste of time and resources”? That one takes five seconds to cast and costs a hunk of rotten meat, some twine and a few bones. Hardly anything you’d have any sort of difficulty replacing. In fact you’ll probably get all that back and then some just from random loot you pick up on your way to wherever you’re going.

That’s exactly the kind of thing a practitioner of dark arts would do… Let perfectly good steak spoil.
If it were a permanent structure, this one would find it much more inspiring as a ramp.
The last thing this one wants to do while moving between the pods of their arboreal retreat is have to rebuild the connective tissue each time.
The perfect start to a morning, roll out of bed, pull some mouldering taco bell out from under said bed and make a frozen bridge to walk barefoot across to get to the bathroom.
This one aged out of keeping post prime food in the room some years ago. But certainly there is a TikTok guide for it’s use?
If the maps had more areas where this would be useful, this one would be less dismissive.
While it’s expanse is fairly impressive, it’s still not enough to bridge any gaps this one has found meaningful.
If the dungeon ban were not in place this one would immediately drop the devaluation of this spell. There are several dungeons where this would either allow one to access otherwise double jump only areas, or allow nifty short cuts.
