Officail server Pve-c 6108 Can’t knock out thralls in sipho’s shipyard.
It’s because they are part of the Black Corsairs faction and the last patch screwed that up.
Not to worry, it will be fixed, one day, maybe.
No capturing Black Hand for the unforeseeable future. Stygians and Accursed are that a way!
most likely before the next age finishes (no later than two years, if they think it is important of course)
