Very well known bug, for what 6-7 months with no fix?
This is why funcom is a verb. “they really funcomed that”,“well that’s funcomed”.

if youre playing on single player, you could try the “Journey debug” mod. follow the directions on the mod page. works for me when the journeys bug.
wont work on official server, you need to have admin rights

Looks like it’s finally fixed, I was able to complete the journey after today’s update
