Anybody know whats up with this? Is it just pvp servers that are doing this or just this particular one??

No I haven’t seen this myself, I’ll keep an eye out. Please let me know when you noticed this started happening.

I just watch the pvp servers and no longer bother with pve nor pvec. I think the intention was the possibility to revive a downed npc.
