Downed strikes bug

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvP
Map: Siptah
Server Name: 6418
Mods: None

Bug Description:

All NPCs on the server, including my thralls, have status with 2 downed strikes.

I’ve seen this bug before on various servers and it always disappeared with a server restart so I didn’t pay much attention to this. But the thing is… On this server I’m already the third day and it not only does not disappear, but it became worse (the first day there was only 1 downing strike).

And I also have doubts that it appeared exactly on the day I arrived on the server. So it’s possible that it could be going on for much longer. And now I’m worried if I started the game on a broken server.

Bug Reproduction:

Umm… Just come to the server and see for yourself. As I wrote, this applies to all NPCs.

UPD. I saw a person on the server and asked them. Alas, they didn’t speak English (and I don’t know Spanish), so with the help of a translator I figured out roughly that it looks like this bug is only for me, not the whole server. Odd.

Is this still happening to you since the update of 2025 03 25?

No, it was before that, on different servers. But then it always went away on its own. As for this particular server, I left it after this bug (for the first time) did not disappear after 4 days of play.

Also, as far as I could barely figure out from talking to a Spanish-speaking player, it seems that this bug is a personal thing, not a server issue as I first thought. This is bad news for me, of course, because I almost always play through authority.

I also don’t quite know how to reproduce it. Just sometimes, all the mobs on the server, including my thralls, have this downing strike icon. It’s just a weird visual bug with the mobs, but with my thralls, it’s quite functional. I.e., if there are 3 downing strike, for example, the thrall will die immediately, after hp drop to 0. I checked this and can confirm.

Thanks for the info, I suspected it was a player/clan issue myself based on the reports. You’re right though, there doesn’t seem to be a reliable way yet to reproduce it.

What’s interesting is that mine only has 1 strike, but I’ve rescued her 3 or 4 times.
