Turan crenulated walls don't do any damage to stop climbers

New Turan crenulated walls do not do any damage to players, allowing people to climb over walls. All other t3 crenulated walls do damage.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Build new Turan crenulated wall
  2. Watch players climb over your walls
  3. They loot your stuff
  4. Cry
