After killing the Barrow King I was able to get two Diadems of the Giant Kings (normal harvest rates) - one was in his inventory, the other was given when I harvested the body. Should probably be one or the other, not both.

That reminds me of the quest in Age of Conan where you had to kill Lemurian Remanents to harvest their… testicles… don’t ask.
The most interesting part was their leader was a woman who, upon looting, provided you with THREE!!!

This also happens with the Witch Queen. You get 2 masks, I think they are both in her inventory though, has been like that for a while.
Well, that’s where I’m headed next, so I’ll keep an eye out for it.

You know, the last time I went there she did drop two of them. But I had gone with a friend so I took one and they took the other. Good catch though, because I had completely forgotten about that.
Yeah I thought it may have been because I went with some one else but I did it again solo and got 2.
