I’ve been searching up and down to find a solution, but i just can’t.
I got a server from a provider, never had issues with it before, until now where it won’t allow me to connect, but gives me the message “Unable to connect to server, app id specified by server is invalid”
I’ve tried every troubleshooting option i can think of.
Opened ports, deleted all mods, reinstalled the game, direct connect through IP, nothing seem to work, but other people can join it.
From what i can see, this issue is at least 4-5 years old and nobody seem to have a solution that actually works.
Any assist would be greatly appreciated.

Did you blacklist yourself in any way? E.g. excluded the region you come from, from joining the server? Problems with ping? Ahm, just guessing…
But maybe it’s something with the server, not the client?
