Unable to Launch CE

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Crash

Bug Description:

When I click launch on the Funcom Launcher it says running but never truly Launches the game. I have also tried launching the ConanSanbox exe and it will not open the game. I have found what people are saying are a fix but when i tried it doesnt work. I have verified files, removed all mods and reinstalled the game. I was playing last night and this morning but when i came home today after work it just started this.
