Bug Description:

Unable to login, please restart or try again later. Continuing in Offline Mode in which only Single-player mode is available.

Bug Reproduction:

Launch game and receive message “Unable to login, please restart or try again later. Continuing in Offline Mode in which only Single-player mode is available.”
