Unreadable journal In the water off the northern coast of Heretics haunt; Isle of Siptah

Steps:

  1. Swim around the small island to the North East on Isle of Siptah, to coordinate O13.
  2. From the South swim through the ruins in the sea below Heretics Haunt.
    As I swam towards the ruins, the prompt (like)“press E to interact” appeared, but went away
  3. Swimming down to the ruins, I notice a journal held by a severed hand.
  4. I tried pressing “E” to interact with/read the journal
    I was unable to read the journal, but it appears that there is a trigger somewhere near. I was unable to recreate the trigger point.

There’s another place like this in a small cave filled with gas. Unreadable note.
You can read the note in Admin/Ghost mode by flying under the mesh and clicking on it.

It’s a bug. There are a few spots like this where Funcom put an item too far under the mesh and players can’t click on them.
