Please fix warpaints there all the same color ingame it’s been like that for 3 months

It’s all warpaints not just a few the bug is on all platforms. I don’t have the game on PC, I have it on Xbox the patch notes didn’t say anything about it being fixed, and I’ve reported the bug several times on the Xbox forums 2 examples here are demonology and thunnha warpaints there not supposed to be black

This is not true, I play on Steam and have never experience this, ever. I am guessing since you posted in the Steam category but say you don’t own the game on PC that you must be experiencing this on XBox game pass. If you want this fixed, it’s best to provide as many details as possible, if the devs can’t reproduce it, then they can’t fix it. Again, this is not something everyone is experiencing, and I use warpaints daily with all the colors working just fine.

Do you use mods? Someone said it was present on chapter 3 test live and hasn’t been fixed since my friends on Xbox have the same problem, it’s pretty much only me that ever use warpaints so it’s extremely hard to know what’s wrong when hardly anyone uses them, all I know is before chapter 3 came out everything was fine after chapter 3 update all warpaints broken on Xbox
More specifically any mods that adds colors to the game? That maybe why if you do use them if not then I guess it’ll never get fixed
That picture was taken from my private server that has 3 mods:
- Amunet’s Server Transfer
- Savage Wilds
- Simple Minimap (by Xevyr)
If you wish, I can send you a picture from an Official Server, which obviously has no mods.
I have never had any issues with the colors of warpaints, and I suspect (based on the low number of complaints about it), the problem is limited to a specific platform and possibly even a specific set of circumstances within that platform. If so, that would explain why the devs haven’t fixed it for you. So far, no one seems to be providing enough detail about when, where, or with which setup this problem is occurring, and if they can’t reproduce it, they can’t fix it.
If it’s no trouble taking a pic with no mods, I’m not even sure if the devs even test anything on console if that is the case then it’s impossible to replicate it if pc doesn’t have this problem
I’m on PS5 and I haven’t had any issues with warpaints either.
Would reinstalling everything fix it? I honestly have no idea why warpaints are broken for me never had a problem until chapter 3 got ingame and my warpaint was black instead of purple
It might fix it. I would certainly try it if you haven’t already.
New character on single player has the same problem
Yep reinstalled everything and still the same problem I wish more people on Xbox would comment if they have the same problem
I believe it’s mainly a problem on Xbox I saw another players video and there warpaint was black and that warpaint isn’t supposed be black, i don’t know how else to spearhead the problem i don’t think it’s a problem on my end

Since this issue seems to only occur on Xbox we changed the thread to the correct section of the forum. Please let us know if the is still an issue after a new update arrives.
