A typo with the name for “the Alter of Chaosmouth”. When you mouse over it, it says "Alter of Chaosmouth in the description, but the name is “DickInMouth”. Not sure if that is left in intentionally, or was missed while a dev may have been adjusting things.

Your forum won’t allow me to attach screenshots or links…something about being a new user. I am sure you have your reasons for that so I suppose you’ll just have to take my word for the bug then.
