Oh crap…well I have seen my thralls do that lots when I was lagging. Apparently i was purged with zombies and didn’t know it.

But in truth, it’s the T-Pose that most animation software uses. It’ll go away if you travel out and back.
Or just move them back into your inventory and place them back into the bench.
